Cedar Creek Woodshop's exclusive “Lifetime Warranty” covers product defects and/ or damages… EVEN IF THE DAMAGE IS YOUR FAULT!

We warranty each item purchased from Cedar Creek Woodshop against damage or defects for as long as you own it, without exception! If the product becomes damaged or defective in any way, simply call or email us at the following contact information and we will replace the damaged part free of charge, all you pay is a small shipping charge ($9.50) for most warranty issues. For issues that require a service visit, there will be a small charge to come out.

You’ll never have to purchase a new item as if the item in question cannot be fixed or repaired, we simply replace the item. (Certain Restrictions Do Apply For Internet Mail Orders)

Here at Cedar Creek Woodshop, we want to make sure you are happy with the item you purchase. Unfortunately, due to the size and nature of what we sell, returns are not accepted. (SEE WARRANTY INFORMATION ABOVE)
If we do accept a return, it will be for the purchase price only, shipping will not be refunded. This includes items that say free shipping. We still have to pay shipping to get the item to you, so if we do accept a return, it will be less shipping and handling. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
